FAQ - Prop Hire

Do you deliver?

Delivery can be arranged for an extra fee. We will need to take into account a number of things including; location, timing, tolls, fuel etc so please contact us directly and we will provide you with an estimated delivery cost.

Is a bond required and how much will it be?

A bond is required for all prop hire and the amount will vary depending on the products. The bond will be returned when the props are received back in the condition that you received them in.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Paypal
Bank Transfer
Cash

Do you require a deposit?

Yes a 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your requested dates. Your dates will not be secured until this deposit has been received?

Do you have a showroom?

Our business is currently running out of our home and therefor we don't have a showroom as such, but you are welcome to make an appointment to come and check out a specific product if you like.

Where are you located?

We are currently located in Langwarrin in the South East of Melbourne. 
We have plenty of contacts around Melbourne so if you are not close to us I'm sure we can recommend a company who is.

How do we lock in a date?

There a many ways you can lock in products to hire:

1. Send us an email with the items you are wanting and the date you require them.

2. You can add the items you require to your cart, during checkout ad the date you require them.

​

3. You can contact us directly through email, instagram or facebook 

​

If the products are available we will send you a form to fill in and then provide you with an invoice. It's as simple as that.
